1. Standard Delivery

  • Plain items: usually dispatched within 2–3 working days or sooner. If your order is urgent please get in touch.

  • Embroidered or printed items: typically dispatched within 7–10 working days, depending on logo setup and order volume.

  • Deliveries are made Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

We will contact you if any delay is expected.

2. Delivery Charges

  • UK Mainland Orders over £150 (ex VAT): Free delivery

  • UK Mainland Orders under £150 (ex VAT) : £5.99 +vat

  • Premium / Timed Delivery Options:

    • Next Day Before Noon – £15.00 + VAT

    • Saturday Delivery – £15.00 + VAT

    • Saturday Before Noon – £35.00 + VAT

  • Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight: £18.00 + VAT (up to 25kg)

For bulk or international orders, delivery costs will be confirmed at checkout or quoted separately.

3. Order Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched. Tracking details are provided where available. You can login to the website to see tracking info or request this if not shown.

4. Collection

Orders may also be collected from our Airdrie warehouse once confirmed as ready. Please wait for notification before travelling.

5. Missing or Damaged Goods

Please inspect deliveries promptly.

6. International Delivery

We can ship worldwide by arrangement.
