No. You can checkout as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track orders, request returns, and view invoices.

Yes. Upload your logo or add embroidery details when ordering or when checking out. We’ll confirm artwork before production.
Delivery
Plain items: 2–3 working days Embroidered or printed items: 7–10 working days after logo approval. If your order is urgent contact us and we'll give you an exact turnaround, we can often deliver next day if your order is urgent.
Yes. We can ship worldwide—please contact us for a delivery quote.
Yes. Collection is available from our Airdrie warehouse once your order is ready.
All UK orders over £150 (ex vat) are delivered free of charge, orders under this will be charged £5.99 (ex vat). Local customers to Colbrook will receive free delivery or you can collect your orders free of charge.
Returns
Log in to your account, open your order, and click “Return Items.” We’ll confirm your request before you send anything back.
Only if they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Personalised goods cannot be refunded or exchanged for other reasons.
Usually 5–10 working days after we receive and check your return.
Branding & Customisation
High-quality JPEG, PNG, or PDF files are ideal. We may request a vector version for embroidery setup
A one-off setup charge applies for first-time embroidery designs. Repeat orders using the same logo don’t incur this fee. Orders over 20 garments will get free setup.
Yes. We stock a wide thread range and can match to Pantone references or existing uniforms.
Products & Stock
Our website displays live stock for core ranges. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll advise lead times before processing.
Yes. Contact our sales team—we can obtain most major workwear and brands.
Payments
Debit/credit cards, PayPal, BACS, Direct Debit, and cash (for trade customers).
Payment is taken at checkout unless you have an approved trade account with 30-day terms.
