You can order embroidery online now

If an item can be embroidered there will be a box that reads Embroider this product below the product information. Simply tick Yes (go to Personalisation after adding to cart) then follow the online instructions. You can choose to either embroider your name ( and/or company name), or embroider your logo.

• There is a one off charge of £14.99 to set up your logo. It can then be used as and when you need to order garments
• You would normally get your order confirmation within an hour and you'll get your proof normally within 24 hours (if requested).
• Embroidered items cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged, so please make sure of your garment size and embroidery detail before ordering.
• Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery from artwork approval date.

How to order

Steps of embroidering your name:

1. Select a position you would like it to go

2. Enter the text you would like to put on, up to 3 lines

3. Choose whether you would like to receive a proof emailed over to you before we proceed

4. Choose a letter style from our list , if you have a different font you would like to use then please tell us in the notes section at the bottom

5. Choose the colours you would like, each line can be a different colour

6. Choose how many garments you would like this to go onto, if you want different names for different garments then just re-order once you have added it to the basket. We will contact you to clarify which garments are getting what.

Steps of embroidering your logo:

1. Select a position you would like it to go

2. Upload your logo artwork via personalisation---embroider your logo---upload file.

3. You can tell about any changes or additions you would like to make in the notes section at the bottom or you can call us on 01236 755544 to discuss your special requirements. If you want the design an exact size then please mention that, otherwise we will set it up at what sizes we think is best.

4. We will email you the proof of how the logo will look in the correct colours so you can see it before we proceed. Once we receive your approval, we will then go ahead with the embroidery.
